How they should fit
- Each toe should reach the end of its compartment without pressing into it.
- The heel should sit inside the heel pocket, not below it.
- The arch panel should feel snug under the arch, not tight across the top of the foot.
- The cuff should stay up without leaving a deep mark.
If you are between sizes
Toe compartments are the limiting factor, not the length of the foot. If you are between sizes, size up — a compartment that is slightly long is comfortable, one that is slightly short is not.
