5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee that it has been accepted. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders at any time, including after an order has been submitted, where permitted by law.

21. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the policies and notices posted on our store, form the entire agreement between you and Neuro Sockz concerning your use of the store and replace prior related communications or agreements.
