Knitted with five individual toe channels, a graduated compression band through the midfoot, and a full-coverage grip sole rather than scattered dots. A cushioned tab sits at the heel to stop the collar rubbing inside shoes.

Size by your usual shoe size. Toe socks are less forgiving than tube socks because each channel has to line up with a real toe, so measure rather than guess. If you are between sizes or have wide feet, go up.
Expect the first hour to feel unfamiliar — the sensation of separated toes takes a short adjustment. If it still feels wrong after a week, return them free.
Machine wash cold on a normal cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry. Turn inside out first so the toe channels dry properly.
Do not use fabric softener — it coats the grip material and dulls the traction. Never iron the sole.

Yes. The toe channels are knitted thin enough to sit inside a normal trainer or work shoe without crowding the toe box, and the padded heel tab is there specifically for in-shoe wear.
